TyrrexAgent is a voice agent platform built by Tyrrex Tech Labs in Hyderabad.

It exists because the good voice agent platforms are priced for American software companies. At roughly eight cents a minute before language-model and telephony costs, a clinic in Kukatpally running three thousand minutes a month is looking at more than twenty-five thousand rupees. Most of them close the tab.

Everything here runs on hardware you can rent for a fixed monthly fee. Speech recognition, language understanding, and speech synthesis are on our own servers, so there is no per-minute meter and no third party reading your calls. Customers bring the phone number they already advertise and keep their own carrier billing.

The second reason is language. Models trained mostly on Western speech struggle with the way people actually ring a shop in India — Hindi, English, and both in the same sentence. We chose speech models specifically for that, and the abuse detection understands Hinglish because a guardrail that only reads English files a clean report while your agent is being shouted at.

What we will tell you plainly

This is a young product. The voice does not sound as good as the expensive alternatives, and it will sometimes get a question wrong. Every feature page here ends with what that feature does not do yet, and the security page leads with the certifications we do not hold.

That is deliberate. A voice agent speaks to your customers in your name, and a supplier who oversells one is a supplier you find out about through a complaint.
